How it works

  1. Create an account or sign in

The portal is secure and handles your scheduling, your forms, and your billing in one place.

  2. Choose an open time

Pick the kind of session you need and choose from the times the office has open — in person in Stow, or by teletherapy anywhere in Ohio. Don’t see one that fits? Give us a call and we’ll find a time.

  3. Complete your intake forms

Finish them before the first session so the whole hour belongs to you rather than to paperwork.

What your first visit is like

A first session can feel like a big step. Here is what to expect, so the only thing on your mind that day is the conversation.

Before you come in

Your intake forms live in the portal. Finishing them ahead of time means your first hour belongs to you, not to paperwork.

Finding us

The office is in Stow, Ohio — the exact address and a map are on the Contact page. Give yourself a few minutes to arrive and settle in; five minutes early is plenty.

The first few minutes

The first session is mostly about you: what brought you in, what you would like to be different, and whether this feels like the right fit. There is no pressure to have it all figured out.

Meeting by teletherapy

If your session is online, you will receive a secure link beforehand. All you need is a private space, a device with a camera, and a reliable connection.
