Meet Our Therapists

Choosing a therapist is mostly a question of fit. Read who we are and what each of us works on, then start with the person who sounds like the right beginning.

Joselyn Vasquez, LISW-S, founder of Quez Therapeutic Solutions

Joselyn Vasquez

Founder and Therapist

LISW-S — Licensed Independent Social Worker, Supervisor designation

Works with

  • Individuals, Couples, and Families
  • Children, Youth, and Families
  • Bilingual Therapy in English and Spanish
  • Clinical Supervision

Joselyn Vasquez started this work in 2003, in New York City. More than twenty years later, she has sat with individuals, couples, and families through the weeks that came apart and the ones where something finally held. She earned her Master’s in Social Science Administration at Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, concentrating on children, youth, and families.

She also teaches, as an Adjunct Professor at Case Western Reserve University, and the “S” in LISW-S is the supervisor designation: she is credentialed to supervise other social workers on their way to independent licensure. The rest is unglamorous on purpose. No slogans about transformation, no promises no one can keep, just careful, culturally grounded work, in English and in Spanish, one person at a time.

Jay DiPaolo, LISW-S, therapist at Quez Therapeutic Solutions

Jay DiPaolo

Therapist

LISW-S — Licensed Independent Social Worker, Supervisor designation

Works with

  • Anxiety and Stress Management
  • Depression and Mood Support
  • Relationship and Family Dynamics
  • Life Transitions and Personal Growth

Some weeks you are just tired. The routine that used to work has become something you push through, and the change you keep thinking about never quite starts. That is where Jay DiPaolo does his best work: with people who feel weary, anxious, or stuck, turning a change you have been considering into progress you can sustain.

Jay brings more than 30 years of clinical experience, including 25 years in child welfare management and service as Director of a local crisis shelter. He holds degrees in both social work and psychology, and he works with individuals, couples, and families. He treats the whole person: physical, emotional, behavioral, relational, social, and spiritual.

His approach draws on cognitive, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and solution-focused therapy. Expect clarity, practical problem-solving, and concrete next steps.
