Joselyn Vasquez, LISW-S, works with couples using a Solution-Focused approach alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Sessions are structured so both people get the floor and neither leaves feeling outnumbered. The work is to see the pattern the two of you fall into — who reaches, who withdraws, where it reliably breaks down — and to change how that sequence runs, rather than to settle who was right on a Tuesday in March. She has practiced since 2003 and holds a Master's from Case Western Reserve University.

Orlando makes couples work to be in the same room at the same hour. Hospitality, healthcare, and service schedules do not line up with an office day, and a partner finishing a shift near Lake Nona is not going to make a five o'clock appointment across the metro. Secure video removes that constraint entirely. Sit together on one screen at home, or join separately from two locations when that is what the week allows. Hours run Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 9:00pm Eastern, and flexible times may be offered on request for teletherapy.

Sessions are available in English and Spanish, which matters in Central Florida more than it does in most places.
