Quez Therapeutic Solutions accepts insurance and is in-network with many major plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Medical Mutual, and UnitedHealthcare and others — our billing team files claims with your insurer directly. A self-pay option is also available if you prefer.
In-network with your insurance.
We’re in-network with many major plans, and our billing team works with them directly — so you can focus on the work, not the paperwork. Prefer to pay out of pocket, or carry a plan we’re not in-network with? Sessions are $145 for your first visit and $135 after, and we’ll provide a superbill you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
We also accept Medicare and Medicaid, and are in-network with United Behavioral Health. The plans we accept are updated from time to time.

Every plan is different — share a few details and we’ll help you understand your benefits and how it might work for you, whether that’s in-network coverage or a self-pay superbill for reimbursement.
These are the plans we currently accept, and we reserve the right to change the plans we accept at any time. In-network status, benefits, and rates are set by the insurers and can change — so we can’t guarantee any plan’s continued coverage — but we’ll never end your care over a plan’s rate or fee changes, and we’ll always confirm your specific benefits before your first session.

Prefer to pay out of pocket, or not sure your plan is in-network with us? Self-pay is available: $145 for your first, longer session and $135 for each session after. Full payment is due at each visit, before services — we accept cash, check, or credit card.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement (Superbill)
If your plan is not one we are in-network with, we provide a superbill — an itemized receipt with the diagnosis and service codes your insurer needs to consider out-of-network reimbursement — and we are here to help you gather what you need to file it.
We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking specifically about your "out-of-network outpatient mental health" benefit before your first session.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A $75 fee applies to missed appointments without adequate notice. Please call or send a message as soon as you know you need to reschedule.
For clients who are uninsured or paying out of pocket, we're required to give a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under the No Surprises Act.
