Care for wherever you are in life.
Every person arrives with a different story. These are the ways we walk it with you.
Care that reaches you between sessions
The steadiness you build in session doesn’t have to fade before the next one. Companion Care is a gentle, private way to feel supported between appointments — on your phone, in your own words, always pointing back to the plan you set with your clinician. It’s something we’re building now.

In-network with your insurance.
We’re in-network with many major plans, and our billing team works with them directly — so you can focus on the work, not the paperwork. Prefer to pay out of pocket, or carry a plan we’re not in-network with? Sessions are $145 for your first visit and $135 after, and we’ll provide a superbill you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
We also accept Medicare and Medicaid, and are in-network with United Behavioral Health. The plans we accept are updated from time to time.
Don’t see your plan? Click here.
Let’s look into it.
Every plan is different — share a few details and we’ll help you understand your benefits and how it might work for you, whether that’s in-network coverage or a self-pay superbill for reimbursement.
These are the plans we currently accept, and we reserve the right to change the plans we accept at any time. In-network status, benefits, and rates are set by the insurers and can change — so we can’t guarantee any plan’s continued coverage — but we’ll never end your care over a plan’s rate or fee changes, and we’ll always confirm your specific benefits before your first session.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
Reaching out is the hardest first step — and the most important one. When you’re ready, we’re here.
