Couples and relationship therapy at Quez Therapeutic Solutions is a space for two people to slow down, actually hear each other, and work through the patterns that keep the same arguments coming back.

We work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused approach with couples, led by a licensed clinician (LISW-S) — naming the specific communication patterns and conflict cycles that are hurting the relationship, and building concrete, practical tools both partners can use, not just processing feelings in the room and hoping it carries home.

Common reasons couples come in include communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, trust that's been damaged, feeling disconnected after a major life change, or simply wanting a tune-up before things get worse. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from couples work.

The initial couples session is $145, reflecting the extra time a first joint session takes; each session after is the standard $135.

Sessions are available in person in Stow or by secure teletherapy — a real option for couples juggling different schedules or with one partner further from the office.
